With the 40 dates for Outkast’s marathon 20th anniversary tour done and dusted, André 3000 has dusted off all those jumpsuits he wore (47 in total) and is exhibiting them at Mana Miami, in conjunction with collaborators SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design). i feel ya: SCAD + André 3000 Benjamin will be on display until December 14 and is a showcase of the two parties’ long-standing relationship, as well as 3K’s need to “start saying new stuff while doing these old songs.”

Speaking briefly with Nicolas Jaar for The Fader André reveals he wasn’t all that hyped to be touring again and feared the perception that he was selling out by playing all these big international festivals.

“I felt like there was a certain sell-out in a way, because I didn’t wanna do it—I knew I was doing it for a reason. So maybe if I’m telling people, ‘I am selling out,’ then it’s not as bad as pretending. It’s being honest about it like, ‘Shit, I did these songs when I was 17 and I’m out here pedaling them now.’ But it’s the honest thing, that’s what it is.”

Check out some of the jumpsuits as worn on the road in our gallery above or head here for SCAD’s re-cap of the exhibition’s opening night.
