Shayna McHayle is the 24-year-old Brooklyn native behind Junglepussy – the queen AF rapper that appeared in our Next Gen issue earlier this year. Yesterday she dropped her album Pregnant with Success on SoundCloud, the 10-track release was produced almost entirely by Shy Guy, and showcases her ability to absolutely ~slay~.

She dedicates the album to her mother, who despite being apart of a Christian family, still supports her – even if she doesn’t dig the name Junglepussy (you win one, you lose one). “Pregnant with Success is an ode to my mother, to all mothers, to anyone who’s ever planted a seed, to anyone who’s ever created something, to anyone who’s ever waited patiently for something to come into fruition.”
