It’s kind of hard to believe that Melbourne’s The Operatives have been putting on mad parties for 12 years but it’s very true. This December, the team will be celebrating their 12th birthday and, as expected, they’re putting on a party that will rival any 12-year-old’s as the most lit gathering of some time. Featuring iconic Jamaican trio The Congos, Operatives favourite Mark Pritchard, and local grown talent Silentjay, among a stack of others, the event is set to be an epic day of good vibes and great tunes. Channelling those good old summer nights, The Ops’ will be taking over the new warehouse event space Batman Royale in Coburg from 2pm Sunday December 4.
