French artist and graphic designer David Redon has created your new favourite Tumblr blog, Ads Libitum, which takes modern day celebrities and seamlessly Photoshops them into old vintage ads.

Considering celebrities and product placement go hand-in-hand these days it’s cool to see some tongue-in-cheek faux advertising, like Outkast peddling ‘So Fresh and So Clean’ bath soup, Missy Elliott’s ‘All in my Grill’ barbecue, Amy Winehouse ‘Back to Black’ coffee, Cypress Hill’s ‘Insane in the Brain’ aspirin and Jay Z‘s ‘Dirt off your shoulders’ anti-dandruff shampoo.
