Coming off his new album The Dime Trap, T.I has put his Dre produced track ‘Dope’ on Tidal with some crazy visuals. T.I, along with Killer Mike, Travis Scott, Big Sean, and Nelly live it up in a futuristic club, where the clip is set in 2020. It’s a pretty decent squad, and a good way to celebrate having recently become the co-owner of Tidal. The streaming server made for a good platform for T.I to remind us all that he’s still on his game, with a scene showing the rapper counting stacks of money on his bed with four girls in it. Yep, totally relatable…

The song features Marsha Ambrosius and a sample from Aaliyah’s 2001 track ‘Rock the Boat,’ which was the music video she recorded in the Bahamas that lead to her untimely death. T.I and Dre pay tribute to the late singer with her voice opening up the track, her sample and along with the lyrics ‘They like to pop a seal / high enough to see Aaliyah”.

You can take a look at the clip here and stay posted for the album which (most likely) will premiere on Tidal.
