Straight Outta Compton stays inspiring NWA-themed developments, with the latest to hit the internet being a previously unreleased music video for the late Eazy-E’s single ‘Real Muthaphuckkin Gs’. According to the video director Marty Thomas, they started working on the video in ’94 but were unable to finish it due to scheduling conflicts, funding issues and Eazy’s ultimately fatal illness.

“It was Eazy’s wish that this version go out after the softer MTV version had its run… After seeing Straight Outta Compton I realized how much I missed my friend Eazy… so I finished this video at my own expense and I’m sure he’s watching.”
