Yeezy’s right-hand-man and the creative mind behind Pyrex Vision has just launched his latest venture, the Off-White label.

The architecture grad who forged a strong identity in the fashion industry has shifted from his print-heavy aesthetic to a more classic, European pedigree. He explains it a as “a language of dress that exists in Hôtel Costes in Paris, that lives in the Mercer Hotel lobby in New York, or that thrives in a cool club in Berlin.”

In an interview with CR Fashion Book, Abloh describes Off-White as a blank canvas, comparing it to an artistic expression, visualised through paint splatter and vintage military patches. He went on to explain that he planned to launch art exhibitions and furniture collections, to further reinforce the overall brand vision. Chic.
