KENZO have unveiled the accompanying campaign film for their Spring/Summer 2014 collection, with creative directors Humberto Leon and Carol Lim once again teaming up with the masterminds at TOILETPAPER Magazine to produce a video filled with trippy visuals, Internet-age attitude and lots of trademark KENZO quirk.
Featuring models Devon Aoki and Paul Boche and a perfectly glitchy soundtrack provided by Joe Howe, the 30-second clip unfolds like a surreal underwater fantasy. Aoki sprouts extra limbs and rides on human-sized trout while the collection’s sea-inspired prints are morphed into hypnotising, kaleidoscopic animations. This is KENZO’s universe, and we’re just swimming in it.
